FILM

Something Blue (2020) starring as the role of David, a lonely wedding photographer in a whirlwind romance with Kelly played by Carly Wilson, a wedding crasher. Something Blue was the winner of the Adrian Film Festival and finalist in the Royal Star Film Festival.

Routine Cops (2018) starring as the role of Detective Wallace as he interrogates a suspect in a less than conventional good cop bad cop routine. Routine Cops played at the Capital City Film Festival where it received great reviews.

SOLO (2020) is a film written, directed, edited by and starring Marshall Ross. It follows Grant, a young man struggling with anxiety and depression, as he learns how to function within the social isolation of the Stay-at-Home orders in the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. The film was made as a selection by the MSU CAL CREATE! Grant.

The Most Desirable (2020) starring as Marty, a down on his luck college grad in search of a job. That job search takes him down some deep dark rabbit holes that he just wasn't ready for.

In a production of One Man, Two Guvnors at Summer Circle Theatre Marshall played the role of Alan, an over dramatic wanna-be actor on a quest to regain the love of Pauline, his bride to be. This was one of three productions he was a part of in the outdoor summer stock theatre.

In the original cast of Comic Timing at Summer Circle Theatre, Marshall played Felix along with a variety of other characters throughout. This children's theatre show was whimsical and high energy. Marshall also worked as a camp counselor for the Summer Circle youth camp as well as for the Cranbrook Theatre School and Village Youth Theatre's camp.

During his time at Michigan Stage University earning his Bachelor's in Fine Arts for Acting, Marshall took part in a variety of productions. Acting in shows such as Frankenstein as Henry Clerval, Medusa the Musical a Wharton Center IMAGINE workshop as Poseidon, the immersive theatre piece Thus With a Kiss I Die as Gregory, Oklahoma! as Creepy Tom, 12 Angry Jurors as Juror 1 and Sorry Wrong Number as Sgt. Duffy. Along with this he was a performing member of the After School Special Improv team for four years, directed a production of Three Tall Women, toured with a production of Midsummer Night's Dream as Demetrius, was a member of the Musical Theatre Touring Group and was a founding member of 640 Films.

In a production of The Importance of Being Earnest at Summer Circle Theatre, Marshall played the apathetic butler Lane. Bringing his own unique spin on the character from the timeless classic by Oscar Wilde.
